New release and a cover reveal

Happy 2018...

Hi everyone, I hope Santa was good to you this year. I received plenty of gift vouchers in my Christmas stocking, I think my family are fed up with pulling their hair out wondering what to buy me. :-)

I hope 2018 brings you much peace and joy. We'll be on the move again in March, hopefully for the final time. But I promise moving house won't get in the way of me bringing you a ton of new releases this year. The Kayli Bright trilogy will be released over the coming few months and I've just started writing the sixteenth book in the Justice series due for release in April.

I'm super excited to tell you that The Missing Children has been very well-received by the ARC team and I can't wait to hear your reaction.

I'm thrilled to announce that The Missing Children is now live on Amazon. You can pick up your copy of the first book in the series at a special introductory price of only 99c/99p here.

http://smarturl.it/themissingchildren

Here's what to expect from this gripping thriller.

"I want my mummy..."

The whisper seems to echo through the rooms of the abandoned house. DI Kayli Bright and her partner, DS Dave Chaplin, aren't strangers to dealing with bad cases, but no one can prepare for the emotional and mental anguish caused by the discovery of a child's remains.

Determined to find the responsible culprit, several of the dead child's family members surface on their radar of suspects...until they learn of another child's abduction.

The investigation leads Kayli to the shocking conclusion that even more children in the area have been abducted. A race against time ensues to find the children before they get lost in a sinister, evil world.

I'm excited to reveal the cover for Killer on the Run, the second book in the thrilling DI Kayli Bright series which is available on Amazon.

http://smarturl.it/killerontherun

Here's the description.

DI Kayli Bright is called to the scene of a terrible accident that appears to be a case of careless driving. However, her gut reaction tells her there’s much more at stake. Within hours, her suspicions are confirmed when she is called to investigate a second incident on the same stretch of road. This time there is no doubt in Kayli's mind that she's dealing with a murder enquiry.

Are the two incidents connected? Is Kayli looking for a driver with a severe case of road rage? Or is there a twisted serial killer on her patch?

As Kayli sifts through the web of lies to capture the killer, her personal life seems to be falling apart. Her fiancé, Mark, returns home from his new job oversees a changed man. What is he hiding? Could Mark's dark secret be destructive enough to put an end to their relationship?

13th Victim - new release

It's a happy release day to Linda S Prather. Here's my review of this stunning read.

Linda Prather has done it again. She’s created a stunning mystery that is character driven and full of intrigue.

Ten years ago Andi Carter was tortured for days by her lover’s partner, Richard Thomas. When she was rescued she lost everything- the man she loved and her job as an investigative reporter along with some of her memory from around the time she was abducted.

Depressed and often seeking solace at the bottom of a whiskey glass, she’s snatched from her stupor when a young girl reaches out for help through the classified ads of the newspaper where she now works.

What unfolds is a blood curdling tale of a dozen young girl’s bodies buried beneath concrete. A 13th Victim will do all she can to survive, including murder.

A fast-paced mystery about vengeance and righting wrongs of the other twelve victims.

Loved the characters and the pace of this page-turning mystery. A cracking addition to Linda’s other stunning novels.

Be sure to pick up your copy of this belter of a thriller at the introductory price of only 99c/99p from  Amazon All Stores

Maggie - New Release from Netta Newbound

I'm thrilled to be taking part in the blog tour for Netta Newbound's latest release, MAGGIE.

Here is my 5 star review of MAGGIE which has been published by Bloodhound Books and is out today!

This is another amazing read from Netta Newbound, one of many I might add.

Maggie Simms is only 16 years Old but already her life has been filled with nothing but trauma and heart ache. After burying her mother she is left sharing the family home with her abusive stepfather. Unfortunately he expects her to fill her mother's place in his bed. Maggie is driven to get rid of him once and for all.

But this is only the beginning of her problems when those around her begin losing their lives. Why? Is she jinxed or is there something far more sinister afoot?

As with all Netta's novels this was an exceptional page-turner and extremely difficult to put down until I read those immortal words THE END.

A fabulous read not to be missed.

Author Bio:

My name's Netta Newbound. I write thrillers in many different styles — some grittier than others. The Cold Case Files have a lighter tone and are full of fun. I also write a series set in London, which features one of my favourite characters, Detective Adam Stanley. These books are a little grittier. My standalone books, The Watcher and An Impossible Dilemma, are not for the faint hearted, and it seems you either love them or hate them—I’d love to know what you think.

Originally from Manchester, England, I have travelled extensively and have lived and worked in a variety of exciting places. I now live in New Zealand with my husband. We have three grown up children and four grandchildren.

Innocent Blood - New release by NY Times bestselling author Linda S Prather

My review for this wonderful book.

WOW! This is the second book in the Loki Redmond/Jake Savior series and is, IMHO, Linda's best book to date.

I've been gripped by Linda's books for the past 7 years, but this one truly is a quality page-turner not to be missed. You can tell Linda has carried out a lot of research to make this book zing, I particularly loved reading about the Choctaw myths and history.

Loki returns to the reservation where she and her brothers grew up, to try and solve the crimes of hunters who have gone missing. While Jake Savior heads off in a different direction where a Choctaw police officer is involved in a mass shooting in his community. Could the two cases possibly be connected?

The story is gripping from the very first page to its dramatic climax. Non-stop action in a superb character-driven novel.

Book Description:

Loki Redmond swore she’d never return to the reservation, but two missing hunters and the ancient Choctaw myth of Nalusa Falaya take her and her brother, Dadron, on a dangerous trek through the wilderness.
Meanwhile, her partner Jake Savior, heads to Tunica, Mississippi, to investigate the second mass killing by a Choctaw police officer.
Are the cases connected?
The only thing they know for sure is innocent blood has been shed, and unless they can find the source more are going to die.

Author Bio:

Linda S. Prather is the NY Times and USA Today Bestselling author of 8 novels including two legal thrillers, a paranormal FBI series, one romance, and her current series involving Loki Redmond, a Choctaw private investigator and Jake Savior, a former police officer. Linda lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband and grandchild, along with the "king" of the house, a Shitzu name Popcorn. Her latest release, Innocent Blood is her second in the Loki Redmond/Jake Savior series. In Linda's own words: "This book is my favorite so far. My grandfather was a full-blooded Native American, and my mother half Native American. Prior to my marriage and children I studied Shamanism and developed a true love for nature. Studying the Choctaw history, customs, myths and religions was fascinating. Taking the facts I learned and weaving them into Loki's story and her investigation into the disappearance of two hunters on the reservation was an emotional roller coaster for me. I found myself crying quite often."

Release day for Cold Case. Only 99c/99p.

Yippee! It's release day at last for the third book in the DI Sally Parker thriller series.

DI Sally Parker has been handed a ten-year-old cold case. However, the victim, Aisha Thomas, isn't just a member of the public--she's a serving police officer's wife.

During the original investigation, the suspects disappeared before they could be questioned. Now fresh evidence has been uncovered, proving the two suspects to be innocent. Sally has to start over at the beginning. She uncovers a few surprises that were either overlooked. . . or purposefully ignored by the original investigator.

When the case threatens Sally's fledgling romantic relationship with pathologist Simon Bracknall, she begins to suspect someone is determined to hinder her chance at happiness--as well as solving Aisha's murder.

Is Sally getting close to revealing the killer or has she stumbled across something even more sinister?
